(a) bla...I had assumed they'd ask the ISPs to <br /><br />(a) blackhole accesses to the named IP addresses and<br /><br />(b) blackhole attempts to resolve the name using DNS requests to the ISP's nameservers.<br /><br />I think that's what happened in the Italian equivalent case.
