The IWF in the UK have been trying to flog BT's Cleanfeed system as the panacea of the Internet and filtering for years. It take zero consideration for peering arrangements and indeed rights. Rights to Privacy, Freedom of Expression etc. <BR/><BR/>While I am not personally hell bent on vindicating people's rights, I have a major problem with companies purporting to represent industry and indeed ISP's running into the halls of power purporting to have the 'final solution' to content management. The reality is they may have a solution which works on some 'closed' networks, but certainly not disparate or indeed international IP networks.<BR/><BR/>There are a number of mechanisms which can be employed to advise of problematic content and Websites.
